Why am I fundraising

In 2026, I’m taking part in the Tour d’Horse to combine my love of horsemanship with a cause that truly matters. Over six days in the Hunter Valley, I’ll ride alongside fellow participants in a challenging endurance journey, all in support of the KIDS Foundation. Tour d’Horse is about more than the physical challenge. It’s about resilience, care and partnership, between rider and horse, and for those the ride supports. The event raises funds for children, young people and families recovering from trauma and injury, helping them rebuild confidence, strength and hope after life-changing events. Each rider is paired with a retired racehorse, retrained for this journey. These horses represent second chances and quiet determination, and it’s a privilege to ride one while supporting a charity that helps so many people through their own recovery. I’m incredibly grateful to the A&S Freedman Racing team for their full support, and to everyone who chooses to donate. Your contribution directly supports the KIDS Foundation’s vital programs and helps create positive change for those who need it most. Thank you for your support — every donation helps turn this ride into something truly meaningful.
